Loans, Grants, and Tax Implications of COVID-19 - A Conversation with CPA, Christine Jensen

The goal of the webinar is to give you the most important financial/tax related info to help you make financial decisions, as you get into the last quarter of the year. Christine will go over tax implications of COVID-19 related loans and grants, like PPP and EIDL, as well as discuss how unemployment insurance claims will impact your tax situation this year.

This is for you if you own a fitness studio, OR if you’re an independent contractor/self-employed and have claimed unemployment insurance for the first time. She will also touch on how proposed AB 5 changes can impact your financial situation, and last but not least, go over future tax/financial implications of converting to/from a Sole Proprietor to an LLC, or to a Corp. We know how important these decisions are not just for operations, but also for your bottom line. We will save the last portion of the presentation for Q+A.
